Oscar Initiatives Sdn Bhd Services can be divided into Culture Change Initiatives and Human Capital Development Initiatives

Oscar Initiatives Sdn Bhd evolved from INTVS Sdn Bhd is a HR/T&D company established in 1999 in the midst of the transition into the new millennium. The company is a subsidiary of Oscar Initiatives USA Inc who holds the license and Intellectual Property Rights to the Oscar Presentation Skills Programme.

During these 17 years the company has had its base in Malaysia to respond to Organisational Development Needs through Human Resources Development initiatives working with a multitude of clients covering MNC’s, GLC’s and local entities.

Culture Change

We provide support for maximising corporate value in establishing competitive priorities as well as setting the basic concepts for realising strategic objectives and creating the corresponding execution plan. We integrate all the required elements including processes, information technology, and human resource to solve business problems.

Human Capital Development

We provide selected development programmes to build outstanding teams, where every member understands their goals, role and processes and give them the skills to boost long-term performance.
